Digital River, Inc., a provider of global e-commerce solutions, announced that it signed an e-commerce agreement with SanDisk Corporation, a provider of flash memory products. The company states that, based on the agreement, it will build, host and manage e-commerce stores to support the online sale of SanDisk's line of flash memory data storage products in the United States and Canada starting in spring 2008, expanding to other countries throughout the year.

Marc Metis, vice president of corporate marketing for SanDisk, affirmed the consumer benefits of SanDisk's relationship with Digital River, stating, "This agreement expands our e-commerce presence on a global level.
