New LifeStyles announced that they have acquired the web hosting business and related websites from AGIS Network, formerly AssistGuide Inc.
New LifeStyles will host and maintain these websites, providing all of the company’s access to the traffic of New LifeStyles’ website, and will also provide other services including website design, email hosting, and online marketing assistance. In an effort to ensure a smooth transition, outstanding customer support and future site design enhancements, personnel from AGIS Network will be joining New LifeStyles. With that said, customers should experience a seamless transition as AGIS Network is closely involved in the transition.
