Clients can write reviews that are either positive or negative, and if negative, will give DemoWolf the opportunity to respond, and if necessary, take corrective action. If DemoWolf fails to satisfy the client's issues, then the review goes on record as being a negative client review. In joining such a program, the client experiences with DemoWolf become public record, as anyone can click the RatePoint seal on DemoWolf's website to read about their clients' experiences.
