Hi, I purchased an Ipod Touch of a well known ebay seller brand new. In the first day the screen started flashing, then died and I haven’t been able to turn it on since. If I take it into Apple store will they replace it for me? Or does it get sent off for repair? Or will they not want to know as not purchased direct from Apple? No warranty information seems to be in the ipod touch box, however it was sealed so definately new. Any advice?
